NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that WAYNE F. LORENZ, Trustor of the W. LORENZ LIVING TRUST, dated April 05, 2005, passed away on April 22, 2021. KELLY RAE BAILEY was appointed to serve as Successor Trustee (“Trustee”) and is the acting Trustee of the irrevocable Trust. All persons having claims against this Trust or Estate are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims will be forever barred.
