TO: ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS OF LINDA K. SMITH, DECEASED; ALL UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE LINDA K. SMITH REVOCABLE TRUST, EXECUTED ON NOVEMBER 23, 2019; AND ALL UNKNOWN CLAIMANTS OF INTEREST IN THE PREMISES LOCATED AT 1809 MARBLE AVENUE, ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO 87104-1353.
GREETINGS:
You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being a Complaint to Quiet Title.
To all persons having interest in the following described real property located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, commonly known as 1809 Marble Avenue, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot numbered 10-A (10-A IN BLOCK NUMBERED TWO OF ROEHL’S GARDEN ADDITION, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT THEREOF, FILED IN OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON FEBRUARY25, 2009 IN MAP BOOK 2009C, FOLIO 31.
Unless you appear and/or respond to the Complaint in said cause within thirty (30) days after the date of the last publication of this Notice, a judgment by default will be entered against you for all relief prayed for in the Complaint.
