You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being a Complaint to Quiet Title.
To all persons having interest in the following described real property located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, commonly known as 1729 Vail Place SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87106 and more particularly described as follows:
Lot numbered Thirty-A (30-A) of Replat of Lomas Del Cielo Subdivision Unit 1, within Section 28, T10N, R3E, NMPM, Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the replat of said subdivision, filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on October 29, 1991.
Unless you appear and/or respond to the Complaint in said cause within thirty days of this publication as specified in Rule 1-004(K) NMRA 2006, a judgment by default will be entered against you for all relief prayed for in the Complaint.
