NOTICE OF PENDING LITIGATION REGARDING REAL PROPERTY
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Plaintiff has filed the above-entitled action in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, State of New Mexico. In this action, the Plaintiff seeks to quiet title in the certain real property, and otherwise effect the ownership, title and/or possession of certain real property located at 4208 Lead Ave., S.E., Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico 87108, particularly described as: Lot numbered Four (4) in Block numbered Seventeen (17) of MESA GRANDE ADDITION to the City of Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the Map of said Addition, filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
Plaintiff seeks to discharge any claims of interest in and to the property, as claimed by any named defendant herein, and any other person or entity claiming an interest in the real property which is the subject of this action.
Pursuant to the order of the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, State of New Mexico, if you claim any interest in or to the referenced property, you must file an answer or other responsive pleadings, on or before thirty (30) days from July 2, 2021 to the “Complaint for Quiet Title and Declaratory Judgment” filed on April 6, 2021.
