NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioners Gilbert E. Gaddis and Carol J. Gaddis, father and mother, respectively, of Widley Gaddis, residents of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and both being over the age of eighteen years, have filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein they seek to change the name of their minor child from Widley Gaddis to Widley Edouard Gaddis. This Petition was heard before the Honorable Nancy J. Franchini, District Court Judge, on this day 3rd day of June, 2021, at the hour of 2:15 p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse , 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
