NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that PHYLLIS MAXINE LOBB, Trustor of the LOBB LIVING TRUST, dated March 31, 2014, passed away on February 21, 2021. BRYCE JACOB HOLLINGSWORTH was appointed to serve as Successor Trustee (“Trustee”) and is the acting Trustee of the irrevocable Trust. All persons having claims against this Trust or Estate are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims will be forever barred.
