NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that JOHN H. PATTERSON, Trustor of the PATTERSON LIVING TRUST, dated March 28, 1995, passed away on April 25, 2021. SUSAN DIANE MONTAÑO was appointed to serve as Successor Trustee (“Trustee”) and is the acting Trustee of the irrevocable Trust, and of the Survivor’s Trust and Family Trust created thereunder. All persons having claims against this Trust or Estate are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims will be forever barred. Claims can be presented to the attorney for the Trust and Estate, James P. Plitz, whose address is 8208 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste C, Albuquerque, NM 87113.
