TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ROSALIE A. MARTINEZ, DECEASED, AND TO ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROSALIE A. MARTINEZ, DECEASED OR IN THE MATTERS BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED NOTICE
On June 24, 2021, Michael J. Martinez and Jamie Renee Martinez, the Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Rosalie A. Martinez, Deceased, filed a Petition for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Co-Personal Representatives, which Petition has been filed in the First Judicial District Court for the State of New Mexico in the case bearing the above referenced cause number. A hearing on such Petition will be held telephonically before the Honorable Bryan Biedscheid on August 18, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. by remote access. Such hearing will be conducted using Google Meet.
