MEMORANDUM ORDER REQUIRING TELEPHONIC APPEARANCE FOR A VERIFIED MOTION TO MODIFY CHILD CUSTODY AND TIMESHARJNG
THIS MATTER, having come before the Court sua sponte, and the Court being fully advised on the matters herein, therefore FINDS and ORDERS:
1. The Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter herein.
2. The Governor of the State of New Mexico declared a State of Emergency on March 11, 2020 due to COVID19, the current coronavirus pandemic. On March 23, 2020, the Supreme Court ordered that all hearings use telephonic or audio-visual attendance for court appearances.
3. The parties have a hearing set for August 26, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. for 30 minutes total time.
4. All parties and counsel shall appear telephonically for this hearing. The parties and counsel shall call (800) 747-5150, access code 1692191, at least 5 minutes prior to the hearing.
5. Any other order not modified herein remains in full force and effect.
