FOR ASSESSMENT AND ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE USE TREATMENT SERVICES FOR PROBATIONERS CONVICTED OF A DWI AND SENTENCED TO THE DWI FIRST OFFENDER PROGRAM OR STANDARD PROBATION UNIT THROUGH THE BERNALILLO COUNTY METROPOLITAN COURT – PROBATION DIVISION
The State of New Mexico Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court is currently requesting sealed proposals from prospective Offerors for Assessment and Treatment Services for Probationers Convicted of a DWI and Sentenced to the DWI First Offender Program or Standard Probation Unit through the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court Probation Division.
The RFP will be issued on July 23, 2021. Anyone interested in obtaining a copy may access and download the RFP from the internet, after 10:00 a.m. on July 23, 2021, at the following address https://metro.nmcourts.gov/.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually on August 2, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. The deadline to submit a sealed Proposal in response to the RFP is August 23, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. (MDT). Proposals must be received by the Procurement Manager by the above date and time or they will be rejected.
