TO: ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARSHA L. POLLARO, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition for Formal Probate Of Will And Appointment Of Personal Representative (the “Petition”) filed by the undersigned petitioner will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on September 21, 2021, at 2:15 pm before the Honorable Benjamin Chavez, District Judge. You are hereby notified that at the hearing the Court will consider the request by the petitioner that:
1. The Will be formally probated;
2. The Petitioner be formally appointed as the Personal Representative, without bond, in an unsupervised administration;
3. Letters Testamentary be issued to Petitioner.
A copy of the Petition is on file with the Court in the above-captioned cause and is available for your review.
Pursuant to §45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on the Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for three consecutive weeks.
