NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner, Juana Isabel Saavedra Duran in accordance with the provisions of § 40-8-1 through § 40-8-3 NMSA 1978, et seq., has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change her name from Juana Isabel Saavedra Duran to Jennie Isabel Saavedra Duran.
