You are hereby notified that there is pending against you a VERIFIED APPLICATION FOR TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER in the above referenced matter. The Verified Application For Temporary Restraining Order seeks an Order prohibiting you from contacting, threatening harming, harassing, or annoying any Immaculate Conception Parish (“Parish”) or St. Mary’s School (“School”) employee and requiring you to stay at least 100 yards from the Parish and School grounds located at 619 Copper Ave. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102. The Court has set this matter for hearing at 10:00 a.m. October 25, 2021, at which time the Court will consider making the Temporary Restraining Order permanent.
This Notice will be published for two (2) consecutive weeks and service will be deemed complete three days after final publication. A default judgment may be entered against you if a response is not filed within thirty (30) days after final publication of this Notice.
