THIS MATTER, having come before the Court on Motion and Affidavit of the Petitioner to allow service of process herein by publication, the Court having reviewed the Motion and the supporting Affidavit, and being fully advised in the matter, FINDS:
1. The Petitioner has made reasonable efforts to locate Respondent.
2. Despite the efforts of the Petitioner, the information as to the whereabouts of the
above named respondent is still insufficient to effect service in accordance with the New Mexico
Rules of Civil Procedure.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Petitioner shall effect service by
publication pursuant to the Rules of Civil Procedure.
