THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF PATRICK JOSEPH WARCHOL, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF PATRICK JOSEPH WARCHOL,
DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Notice of Hearing is hereby given by the undersigned Attorney, Joel P. Ames, for the Estate of PATRICK JOSEPH WARCHOL, on the Petition for Order of Determination of Heirship, Determination of Intestacy and Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative, filed by the Personal Representative of the Estate of PATRICK JOSEPH WARCHOL. Said petition requests the court to declare intestacy, determine the heirs and devisees, approve distribution of the Estate, and declare the Estate fully settled and discharges the Personal Representative from further claims or demands of any interested person.
The Hearing will be held at the First Judicial District Court, Santa Fe County Courthouse, on the 30th. day of November, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., before the Honorable MARIA SANCHEZ-GAGNE through Google Meet:
