NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that BOBBIE J. KASSON, Trustor of the KASSON LIVING TRUST, dated September 5, 2019, passed away on August 13, 2021. J.D. HICKS was appointed to serve as Successor Trustee (“Trustee”) and is the acting Trustee of the irrevocable Trust. All persons having claims against this Trust or Estate are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims will be forever barred.
