NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that FRANCES A. GARCIA, Trustor of the GARCIA LIVING TRUST, dated March 21, 2000, passed away on August 12, 2021. DANAE K. TALERICO was appointed to serve as Successor Trustee (“Trustee”) and is the acting Trustee of the irrevocable Trust, and of the Survivor’s Trust and Family Trust created thereunder. All persons having claims against this Trust or Estate are required to present their claims within four months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or the claims will be forever barred.
