NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner shall move the District Court of Bernalillo County, New Mexico for a change of name and a hearing will be held on the 3rd day of December, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. before the Honorable Beatrice Brickhouse at the Second Judicial District Court, 400 Lomas Boulevard NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102 to change the name of Eliannah Nevaeh Lardizabal to Eliannah Nevaeh Garcia.
