You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioner has filed a Petition for Declaration of Emancipation. The action involves the emancipation of Alexandra Coffman born on August 18, 2004 to Kimberly Coffman and Bernardo Gonzales.
You are further notified that unless you file a written response to the Petition by no later than thirty days from this publication with the Court Clerk, Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Los Lunas, New Mexico, with a copy to the Petitioner’s attorney, or appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
