You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioner has filed a Petition for Guardianship of Ja’Heime LeShaune Ishod Vaughn, born in February of 2015, and Ja’Hzai LeShaune Kendall Vaughn, born in March of 2016, to Nichelle Tyna Hall and Edward LaShaune DaShaune Vaughn; and Ja’Hzari Zion LeShaune Hall, born in June of 2019, to Nichelle Tyna Hall, in the above-entitled Court and cause.
You are further notified that unless you file a written response to the Petition by no later than thirty days from this publication with the Court Clerk, Second Judicial District Court, Albuquerque, New Mexico, with a copy to the Petitioner’s attorney, or appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
