NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application to declare Rodolfo Christopher Ramirez dead has been filed with the Second Judicial District Court. Rodolfo was last seen in October 2009. Any person with knowledge of his present whereabouts, or whether he is alive or deceased, should provide notice either to the undersigned Counsel, or filed with the Second Judicial District Court, 400 Lomas Blvd NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87102 within sixty (60) days of the first publication of this notice.
