TO: MARIE A. ARMIJO, IF LIVING, IF DECEASED, HER UNKNOWN HEIRS, ANGELA M. ARMIJO, IF LIVING, IF DECEASED, HER UNKNOWN HEIRS, TELESFOR ARMIJO, IF LIVING, IF DECEASED, HIS UNKNOWN HEIRS, AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO MAY CLAIM A LIEN, INTEREST OR TITLE ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFF
You are hereby notified that an action has been filed against you in the above entitled Court and a petition alleging a Complaint to Quiet Title and for Appointment of Special Master to Execute Deed. This cause of action involves real property located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, the general object thereof being to quiet title and be declared the rightful owner and entitled to the possession of this property which is more particularly described as follows:
Tracts 143A1 and Tract 143A2, middle Rio Grande Conservancy District (MRGCD) property Matt number 43, within the town of Atrisco grab, projected section 35, Township 10 N., Range to East, New Mexico principal Mouradian, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, King described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Track 143A2, MRGCD Property Map No. 43, a point on the westerly right-of-way line of Coors Boulevard S.W. (NM State Road 448), whence the southeast corner or Tract 141-A-2, MRGCD Property Map No. 43 bears N 17º01’41” E, 220.62 feet distance and N 18º00’43” E, 78.58 feet distance; thence, from the point of beginning,
S 17º25’35” W, 164.49 feet distance to the southeast corner of the parcel of land herein described; thence,
S 89º30’35” W, 382.90 feet distance to the southeast corner of the parcel of land herein described; thence
N 05º02’07” W, 156.03 feet distance to the southeast corner of the parcel of land herein described; thence
N 80º26’32” E, 216 feet distance to a point, thence,
S 82º21’25” E, 234.36 feet distance to the southeast corner of the parcel of land herein described; thence
You are further notified that unless you enter an answer in said cause of action within thirty (30) days of the last publication of this notice, a judgment by default will entered against you.
