MEMORANDUM ORDER SETTING SUMMARY HOUR HEARING AND
REQUIRING TELEPHONIC APPEARANCE
THIS MATTER, having come before the Court on a Review Hearing, and the Court being fully advised on the matters herein, therefore FlNDS and ORDERS:
1. The Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter herein.
2. The Governor of the State of New Mexico declared a State of Emergency on March 11, 2020 due to COVID 19, the current coronavirus pandemic. On March 23, 2020, the Supreme Court ordered that all hearings use telephonic or audio-visual attendance for court appearances whenever possible.
3. A Hearing is set for March 18, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. before Judge Amber Chavez Baker for a 30 minute review hearing.
4. All parties and counsel shall appear telephonically for this hearing. The parties and counsel shall call 1-405-492-6022, PIN: 751 049 447#, at least 5 minutes prior to the hearing.
5. This hearing is set during Summary Hour, which means no witnesses shall testify, except the parties, nor other tangible evidence presented to the Court during this hearing.
6. Any other order not modified herein remains in full force and effect.
