You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioner has filed a Petition for Guardianship of Isaiah Archibeque born on June 22, 2006 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Cristal Archibeque and James Hardedge and Xavier Silva born on October 24, 2010 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Cristal Archibeque and Manuel Armando Silva, in the above-entitled Court and cause.
You are further notified that unless you file a written response to the Petition by no later than thirty days from this publication with the Court Clerk, Second Judicial District Court, Albuquerque, New Mexico, with a copy to the Petitioner’s attorney, or appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
