You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioner filed a Petition To Appoint Kinship Guardians for J.F., a minor child, born on June 23, 2009, to Catalina Velasquez and Omar Flores.
A hearing on this matter will be held on February 22, 2022 at 11:00 a.m., to determine whether a permanent guardian should be appointed for the children. The hearing will take place at the Third Judicial District Court, Las Cruces, New Mexico. If you do not enter a response and send the same to Petitioner’s attorney, or do not appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
