You are hereby notified that Maria Angelica Torres Rocha, Petitioner, has filed a Petition to Appoint Kinship Guardian regarding Minor, born on May 4, 2004. Regarding this petition, if you do not enter a response and send the same to Petitioners’ attorney within the next three weeks starting February 11, 2022, the Court may enter a default judgment to appoint the Petitioner as “permanent” Kinship Guardian for Minor.
