NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (“RFP”) NO. 22-001
FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE TREATMENT SERVICES FOR PARTICIPANTS IN THE BERNALILLO COUNTY METROPOLITAN COURT’S DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SOLUTIONS TREATMENT EDUCATION PROGRAM
The State of New Mexico Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court is currently requesting sealed proposals from prospective Offerors for its Domestic Violence Solutions Treatment Education Program.
The RFP will be issued on February 25, 2022. Anyone interested in obtaining a copy may access and download the RFP from the internet, after 10:00 a.m. on February 25, 2022, at the following address: https://metro.nmcourts.gov/. Navigate to the left on the Court’s homepage, and click on “Doing Business with the Court.”

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held virtually on March 11, 2022 at 10:00 AM (MDT).
The deadline to submit a sealed Proposal in response to the RFP is April 1, 2022 at 4:00 PM (MDT). Proposals must be received by the Procurement Manager by the above date and time or they will be rejected.
