NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ANNA J. SCHMIDT, Trustor of the SCHMIDT LIVING TRUST, dated October 18, 1995, passed away on December 01, 2021. LESLIE ANN SCHMIDT was appointed to serve as Successor Trustee (“Trustee”) and is the acting Trustee of the irrevocable Trust, All persons having claims against the estate of the decedent are required to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of any published notice to creditors or sixty (60) days after the date of mailing or other delivery of this notice, whichever is later, as prescribed in NMSA §45-3-801, or claims will be forever barred.
