NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ROBERT R. CREASON, Trustor of the CREASON LIVING TRUST, dated August 02, 1995, passed away on January 17, 2022. ELIZABETH KAY CREASON was appointed to serve as Successor Trustee (“Trustee”) and has accepted the position of Trustee of the irrevocable CREASON LIVING TRUST, dated August 02, 1995. All persons having claims against the Estate of the decedent are required to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of any published notice to creditors or sixty (60) days after the date of mailing or other delivery of this notice, whichever is later, as prescribed in NMSA §45-3-801, or claims will be forever barred. Claims must be presented by delivering or mailing a written statement of the claim to the Trustees at: Elizabeth Kay Creason, 14 Longview Drive Tijeras, New Mexico 87059.
