You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioner has filed a Petition for Kinship Guardianship of Elexa Wright Hernandez born on August 31, 2012 in Bernalillo, New Mexico to David Wright and Andreina Hernandez and Josiah Parson born on May 2, 2018 and Jayden Parson born on October 4, 2019 in Bernalillo, New Mexico to Steven Parson and Andreina Hernandez.
You are further notified that unless you file a written response to the Petition by no later than thirty days from this publication with the Court Clerk, Second Judicial District Court, Albuquerque, New Mexico, with a copy to the Petitioner’s attorney, or appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
