THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF LILY KEYLON, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LILY KEYLON, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Notice of Hearing is hereby given by the undersigned Attorney, Jeanine Steffy, for the Estate of LILY KEYLON, on the Petition for Order of Determination of Heirship, Formal Probate of Will and Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative, filed by the Personal Representative of the Estate of LILY KEYLON. Said petition approves the final accounting, formally probates the Will, determines the heirs and devisees, approves distribution of the Estate, declares the Estate fully settled and discharges the Personal Representative from further claims or demands of any interested person.
The Hearing will be held telephonically at 1-800-747-5150; 9254116 by the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd., N.W., Albuquerque, New Mexico, on the 19th day of May 2022, at 3:00pm before the Honorable Judge Erin O’Connell.
Pursuant to 1978 NMSA §45-1 401 (2011), notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
