POONNA (DOB: 04/26/1989; SSN ending in …3328), an unmarried woman, presently residing at 2917 Solano Drive NE, Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, NM 87110, do hereby revoke, cancel, and terminate in its entirety any and every Power of Attorney, including without limitation every Durable General Power of Attorney, I have ever made and executed before the date of this Revocation wherein I appointed any person as my general attorney-in-fact (a/k/a “general agent”) to act for me, and in my name, place and stead, and on my behalf in any matter.
