I, Audrey Garcia, Court Administrator of the Thirteenth Judicial District Court in the
County of Sandoval, State of New Mexico, do hereby cause to be issued this Notice of Pendency of Suit, for the purpose of service of process on Defendant Timothy McIntyre by publication.
The name of the Plaintiff is Lily Gudsnuk, and the Court in which said cause is pending
and the civil cause number are set out hereinabove.
The Defendant against whom service by publication is sought to be obtained is Timothy
McIntyre.
The general object of this action is to be awarded actual damages, treble damages, and
attorneys’ fees and costs.
