YOU, and each of you, are hereby notified that there has been filed in the Second Judicial District Court, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, in the above entitled cause of action a Complaint for Foreclosure, wherein Grindstone Capital, LLC is Plaintiff and you are one of the Defendants. The object and purpose of said suit is to foreclose its lien described in the Complaint to the following described real property in Bernalillo County, New Mexico:
The property located at 3936 Silver Avenue SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87108, and more particularly described as follows:
A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO, COUNTY OF BERNALILLO, WITH A STREET LOCATION ADDRESS OF 3936 SILVER AVE SE, ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87108-2642 CURRENTLY OWNED BY ANTHONY M. MEDINA HAVING A TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBER OF 1-017-057-135-191-3-26-15 AND BEING THE SAME PROPERTY MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN BOOK/PAGE OR DOCUMENT NO. 2007067941 DATED 5/8/2007 AND FURTHER DESCRIBED AS LT 10-A PLAT OF LOTS 1-A THRU 20-A INCLUSIVE SILVER STREET TOWNHOMES CONT .0694 AC.
You, and each of you, are further notified that unless you enter your appearance in said cause on or before August 22, 2022, judgment by default will be rendered in said cause against you so failing to appear, and Plaintiff will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
