YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that:
1. The Decedent died on May 13, 2021.
2. BONNIE LEE EICHHORN filed an Application for Informal Probate of Will in the above-named Court requesting that the Will of Decedent dated June 12, 2009 be admitted to informal probate and that BONNIE LEE EICHHORN be appointed Personal Representative. The Decedent’s Will nominates BONNIE LEE EICHHORN as Personal Representative.
3. The legal description of the subject properties are:
The West Half (W1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section 27, Township 9 North, Range 1 East; N.M.P.M. Bernalillo County, New Mexico;
and:
The Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section 36, Township 9 North, Range 1 East, N.M.P.M., Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
4. On June 13, 2022, the Court issued an Order for Informal Probate admitting the Will to informal probate and appointing BONNIE LEE EICHHORN as Personal Representative to serve without bond.
5. Bond has not been filed.
6. The Application for Informal Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative and Order for Informal Probate of Will and Appointment of Personal Representative which are available in the District Court for your inspection.
