NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF SUIT
THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO TO: the congregation of TEMPLO ASPOSENTO ALTO ASAMBLEAS de DIOS, a New Mexico NonProfit Corporation; and any and all unknown persons who may claim any lien, interest or title adverse to Plaintiff, and any and all unknown claimants of interest in the premises adverse to Plaintiff
I, NICOLE VASQUEZ, Court Administrator of the Third Judicial District Court in the County of Dona Ana, State of New Mexico, do hereby cause to be issued this Notice of Pendency of Suit, for the purpose of service of process on the congregation of TEMPLO ASPOSENTO ALTO ASAMBLEAS de DIOS, a New Mexico NonProfit Corporation; and any and all unknown persons who may claim any lien, interest or title adverse to Plaintiff by publication.
The names of the Plaintiffs, Defendants, and the Court in which said cause is pending and the civil cause number are set out hereinabove.
The Defendants against whom service by publication is sought to be obtained are the congregation of TEMPLO ASPOSENTO ALTO ASAMBLEAS de DIOS, a New Mexico NonProfit Corporation; and any and all unknown persons who may claim any lien, interest or title adverse to Plaintiff.
The general object of this action is to quiet and to set at rest the title of Plaintiff in and to the lands described herein against any adverse claims of the Defendants and that the Defendants be barred and estopped from having or claiming any lien upon, any right or title to the estate of Plaintiff in and to said lands, or any portion thereof, adverse to the Plaintiff.
The property which is affected and concerned by this pending action is located in Dona Ana County, New Mexico, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:
A tract of land situate within the City of Las Cruces, Dona Ana County, New Mexico, in Section 14, T.22S., R.2E., N.M.P.M. of the U.S.G.L.O. Surveys and more particularly describe as follows, to wit:
Beginning at an iron rod set on the Section line common to sections 14 and 23, T.22S., R.2E., for the Southwest corner of the tract herein described; whence the corner common to Sections 14, 15, 22 & 23, T.22S., R.2E., bears S.89°45’05”W., a distance of 1687.83 feet;
Thence from the point of beginning and leaving the section line, N.00°06’05”E., 1040.00 feet to an iron rod set on the South line of Sierra Vista (A.K.A. Roberts Avenue) for the Northwest corner of this tract;
Thence along the South line of Sierra Vista, N.89°45’05”E., 208.00 feet to an iron rod set for the Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence leaving the South line of Sierra Vista, S.00°06’05:W., 1040.00 feet to an iron rod set on the section line common to sections 14 and 23 for the Southeast corner of this tract;
Thence along said section line, S.89°45’05”W., 208.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 4.966 acres of land, more or less.

A parcel of land situate within the corporate limits of the City of Las Cruces, Dona Ana County, New Mexico in Section 14, T.22S., R.2E., N.M.P.M. of the U.S.G.L.O. Surveys. Being part of a Warranty Deed filed on January 27, 1997 in Clerk’s Record 77 pages 1483-1484 of the records of Dona Ana County, New Mexico and more particularly described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a ½ inch rebar with City of Las Cruces identification cap set on the south section line of Section 14 for the southeast corner of the aforesaid Warranty Deed for the southeast corner of the parcel herein described, whence a brass cap found for the ¼ corner common to sections 14, 23, T.22S., R.2E. Bears S89°24’35”E a distance of 755.14 feet;
THENCE FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING along the section line N89°24’35”W, 208.52 feet to a ½ inch rebar with City of Las Cruces identification cap set for the southwest corner of the parcel herein described;
THENCE N00°42’03”E, 27.32 feet to a ½ inch rebar with City of Las Cruces identification cap set for the northwest corner of the parcel herein described;
THENCE S89°31’34”E, 208.51 feet to a ½ inch rebar set with City of Las Cruces identification cap set for the northeast corner of the parcel herein described;
THENCE S00°40’17”W, 27.74 feet to the point of beginning containing 0.1318 acres of land more or less.

The congregation of TEMPLO ASPOSENTO ALTO ASAMBLEAS de DIOS, a New Mexico NonProfit Corporation; and any and all unknown persons who may claim any lien, interest or title adverse to Plaintiff against whom constructive service is sought to be obtained, are hereby notified that unless they file a responsive pleading or motion with this Court within thirty (30) days after the date of the third and last publication of this notice, judgment or other appropriate relief will be rendered in such suit against them by default.
