NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that FRANK L. VITO, Trustor of the VITO LIVING TRUST , dated November 18, 1998, passed away on February 23, 2022. FRANCESCA VITO WILSON and CLAIRE LOUISE VITO were appointed to serve as Successor Trustees (“Trustee”) and are the acting Trustee of the irrevocable Trust. All persons having claims against the estate of the decedent are required to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of any published notice to creditors or sixty (60) days after the date of mailing or other delivery of this notice, whichever is later, as prescribed in N.M.S.A. §45-3-801, or claims will be forever barred. Claims must be presented to the attorney for the Trust and Estate, Jonathan C. Linford, whose address is 8208 Louisiana Blvd., NE, Suite C, Albuquerque, NM 87113.
