NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that CLARENCE E. HOTTMAN, Trustor of the HOTTMAN LIVING TRUST, dated April 12, 2001, passed away on May 12, 2022. STEPHEN BRUCE HOTTMAN was appointed to serve as Successor Trustee (“Trustee”) and is the acting Trustee of the irrevocable Trust, All persons having claims against the estate of the decedent are required to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of any published notice to creditors or sixty (60) days after the date of mailing or other delivery of this notice, whichever is later, as prescribed in N.M.S.A. §45-3-801, or claims will be forever barred. Claims must be presented to the attorney for the Trust and Estate, Lisa Y.W. Cosper, whose address is 8208 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste C Albuquerque, NM 87113.
