Public notice is given that by order of the Second Judicial District Court of Bernalillo County, New Mexico entered on August 01, 2022, in Civil Action 202204227, the name of RICK RUDY BENAVIDEZ was changed from RICK RUDY BENAVIDEZ to Rick Rudy Benavidez
As of the date of this public notice all disabilities of minority have been removed and no longer attach upon the person or property of Rick Rudy Benavidez.
Those that have a claim against the estate of Rick Rudy Benavidez step forward and make you claim known in the Second Judicial District Court at Bernalillo County, New Mexico within 30 days of this publication or September 11, 2022, whichever comes first. Dated this August 12, 2022.
