You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioner has filed a Petition for Guardianship in the above-entitled Court and cause of Melyag Herrera, born in September 2007, to Carla Herrera and Dominic Burks or Jerry Morales, and of Jouah Herrera, born in October 2009 to Carla Herrera and Julio Marks.
You are further notified that unless you file a written response to the Petition by no later than thirty days from this publication with the Court Clerk, Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Sandoval County, Bernalillo, New Mexico, with a copy to the Petitioner’s attorney, or appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
