You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioner has filed a Petition for Kinship Guardianship of Serenity Marie Lee Anaya born in June of 2010 in Grant County, New Mexico and Jayden Allen Anaya born in June of 2011 in Cibola County, New Mexico to Pauline Leavy and Raymond Anaya, Jr.
You are further notified that unless you file a written response to the Petition by no later than thirty days from this publication with the Court Clerk, Third Judicial District Court, Las Cruces, New Mexico, with a copy to the Petitioner’s attorney, or appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
