YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Petition of Katherine M. Lord for Formal Probate of the Will of Leisa A. Lord, Deceased, and for appointment of Katherine M. Lord as Personal Representative of said Estate, has been set for hearing before the Honorable Nancy J. Franchini, on the 13th day of September, 2022, at 10:00 a.m.
THIS HEARING will consider the said Petition, and if approved, the Court will render an Order admitting the Will to probate and appointing Katherine M. Lord as Personal Representative of the Estate.
