You are hereby notified that the above-named Intervenor Ariel De La Rosa has filed a Petition for Guardianship in the above-entitled Court and cause of Naomy De La Rosa born June of 2009 in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, to Brenda De La Rosa and Hector De La Rosa.
You are further notified that unless you file a written response to the Petition by no later than thirty days from this publication with the Court Clerk, Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, Albuquerque, New Mexico, with a copy to the Petitioner’s attorney, or appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
