TO: SHELTON B. SHANNON; MARY EILEEN SHANNON; KEVIN COLEMAN; ROBERT DERHEIM; DONNA DERHEIM; FRED SANCHEZ; DEBORAH SANCHEZ; THEIR UNKNOWN HEIRS; WINWOOD, LTD., A NEW MEXICO LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, INCLUDING ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO MAY CLAIM A LIEN, INTEREST OR TITLE ADVERSE TO THE PLAINTIFF
You are hereby notified that an action has been filed against you in the above-entitled Court and a petition alleging a Complaint to Quiet Title and for Appointment of Special Master to Execute Deed. This cause of action involves real property located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, the general object thereof being to quiet title and be declared the rightful owner and entitled to the possession of this property which is more particularly described as follows:
Lot numbered Nine (9) in Block numbered Seven (7), of Volcano Cliffs Subdivision Unit 7, Bernalillo County New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the Plat thereof, filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico on September 23, 1969, in Plat Book D4, Page 41.
You are further notified that unless you enter an answer in said cause of action within thirty (30) days of the last publication of this notice, a judgment by default will entered against you.
