You are hereby notified that the above-named Petitioners have filed a Petition for Guardianship in the above-entitled Court and cause of Leaundra Anabel Herrera, born March 2011 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Angela Leane Herrera, born January 2014 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to Cynthia Abigail Galindo and Jesse Valentino Herrera.
You are further notified that unless you file a written response to the Petition by no later than thirty days from this publication with the Court Clerk, Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, Albuquerque, New Mexico, with a copy to the Petitioner’s attorney, or appear at the hearing, the Court may enter a default judgment in your absence.
