NOTICE TO CREDITORS BY PUBLICATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that SOFIE BENAVIDEZ, Trustor of the SOFIE BENAVIDEZ LIVING TRUST, dated October 24, 1997, passed away on July 02, 2022. VERONICA BENAVIDEZ was appointed to serve as Successor Trustee (“Trustee”) and is the acting Trustee of the irrevocable Trust. All persons having claims against the estate of the decedent are required to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of any published notice to creditors or sixty (60) days after the date of mailing or other delivery of this notice, whichever is later, as prescribed in N.M.S.A. §45-3-801, or claims will be forever barred. Claims must be presented to the attorney for the Trust and Estate, James P. Plitz, whose address is 8208 Louisiana Blvd. NE, Suite C, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87113.
