NOTICE TO CREDITORS BY PUBLICATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that GERHARD KATHER, Trustor of the KATHER LIVING TRUST, dated June 04, 1999, passed away on June 19, 2022. DAVID PETER DENNEDY-FRANK was appointed to serve as Co-Trustee (“Trustee”) and continues to serve in the position of Trustee of the irrevocable KATHER LIVING TRUST, dated June 04, 1999, and of the Survivor’s Trust and Family Trust created thereunder. All persons having claims against the Estate of the decedent are required to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of any published notice to creditors or sixty (60) days after the date of mailing or other delivery of this notice, whichever is later, as prescribed in N.M.S.A. §45-3-801, or claims will be forever barred. Claims must be presented by delivering or mailing a written statement of the claim to the Trustees at: DAVID PETER DENNEDY-FRANK, 1025 Camino Redondo, Santa Fe, NM 87505.
