THE FOLLOWING NAMED HEIRS BY NAME, IF LIVING; IF DECEASED, THEIR UNKNOWN HEIRS: JUDY FOX AND PAUL BILLINGS
ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO MAY CLAIM A LIEN, INTEREST IN OR TITLE TO THE PREMISES ADVERSE TO THE PETITIONER OR OTHERWISE
GREETINGS:
You and each of you are hereby notified that an action has been commenced and is now pending in the District Court of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein Linda Davis is the Petitioner and each of you are potential heirs of the Estate of Marvin L. Billings, said cause number being No.: D-202-PB-2022-00705 on the civil docket of said Court.
The objects and purposes of the action are to transfer title of the property described in the Petition in said cause, situated at 1126 Patricia Circle, Corrales, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, with the following legal description:
Lot lettered “B”, Block Five (5) of the Replat of SKYVIEW ACRES, a Subdivision of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, as the same is show and designated on the Plat of said Subdivision filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on October 2, 1962.
All as more particularly prayed for and set forth in the Petition. You and each of you are further notified that unless you enter your appearance in said cause within thirty (30) days of this service pursuant to NMRA 1-004 and file a responsive pleading or motion within such time, judgment by default may be rendered in said cause against each of you for failing to appear, and the Petitioner will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Petition.
