NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant Troy Benavidez, son of Rudolfo Benavidez, also known as Rudy Benavidez, resident of the City of New Hope, County of Bucks, State of Pennsylvania, and being over the age of eighteen years, has filed an Amended Application for Formal Probate of Will and Formal Appointment of Personal Representative in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks the appointment of Personal Representative for the Estate of Rudolfo Benavidez, also known as Rudy Benavidez.
