ORDER FOR ALTERNATIVE SERVICE OF PROCESS
Albuquerque Auto Outlet has filed a motion requesting that the court approve service of process upon Albert Carrasco, Jr. by publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
The court finds that the Albuquerque Auto Outlet has made diligent efforts to make personal service upon Albert Carrasco, Jr. and personal service cannot reasonably be made. The last known address of Albert Carrasco, Jr. is 5033 Redlands NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120.
After fully considering circumstances, the Court finds that service by posting at the last known address, along with service by First Class Mail to the last known address, is reasonably calculated to apprise the defendant of the existence and pendency of the action and afford a reasonable opportunity to appear and defend.
IT IS ORDERED that the petitioner may serve process on Albert Carrasco, Jr. by posting at the last known address along with service by First Class Mail at the last known address. Along with service of the Complaint and Summons, Petitioner shall include a copy of this order. Petitioner shall file an Affidavit of Posting and a Certificate of Mailing upon completion.
